All confirmation emails are sent automatically when you book your place. Sometimes this can take up to 15 minutes.
If you haven’t received it within 15 minutes of booking you place, initially please check your spam – unfortunately, sometimes emails end up there!
With Gmail/Google mail, your email may be in your ‘promotions’ tab, so please check there too.
If you still can’t see it, there might be a selling mistake in your email address, or your email address/phone number is already in our system.
For us to check this, please email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
If you’ve already booked to watch the show, but you’d like to watch on an alternative date or time, then please email [email protected] and we’ll change and re-send your confirmation email.
Please do not re-book via the website yourself – as some of your details are already in our system, you won’t receive a confirmation email.
Yes! It’s a family show – there’s no swear words or adult content. It’s suitable for the whole family to watch together!
Most of the show is visual, however young children may not understand every aspect of the performance. That said, we’re sure they’ll still enjoy the show!
You can book the show exclusively – it’s really popular for private parties and corporate events!
Fill in the short form above and include possible dates/times you’re looking at. We’ll get back to you straight away with some further information and prices!
Currently, all of the shows are the same.
We’ll soon be announcing exciting details regarding a brand new show, but this will only be available to those who’ve seen the current show already.
If you’ve seen the current show, we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop!
We publish new show dates 1 week in advance (usually on a Thursday evening).

Don’t worry if you can’t print it out! If you don’t have access to a printer, you can also use 4x playing cards, 4 clippings from a magazine, or a piece of A4 paper torn into 4 pieces (label each piece A, B, C and D).
It’s a fun, but not essential part of the show, so if you don’t want to take part in this bit, don’t worry! We’re certain you’ll still enjoy the rest of the performance 🙂
